I'm in love with my new prenatal yoga class!

Per the prompting of my SIL, Connie, I will try to write more about me instead of just the boring scientific stuff (sorry, I'm a bit of a science nut!) I tried a prenatal yoga class this AM (thanks to a friend who got me in for free) and I LOVE it! I have never felt so relaxed before...plus the class is full of other preggo ladies, so I don't feel like a fattie at the gym ;) We find out tomorrow AM if we are having a Bessie or Bevo!!!! Yup, I feel like a cow about now and am only halfway through, so the baby now has cow nicknames...is that wrong?!?!?! Hahah!

Week 20

Congratulations, Dawn! You’re 20 Weeks Pregnant. You're at about the midpoint of your pregnancy. Your baby measures about 5.6 to 6.4 inches from crown to rump and weighs about 9 ounces. He can hear sounds by now – so talk to your baby often. Baby will even cover his ears with his hands if a loud sound is made near you, and he may even become startled and "jump." Your baby is moving often, too -- twisting, turning, wiggling, punching and kicking. Can you feel him? Your uterus is just about even with your navel and your waistline has pretty much disappeared. But don't worry, it is only temporary!

Week 19 - according to babycenter.com

Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces, and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato. The hair on her scalp is sprouting. This is a crucial time for sensory development: Your baby's brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that she may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, taking to her, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you.

Week 19

Almost halfway through! I'm feeling the baby move A LOT, especially at work during the night! So many things to think about that we need to do...I wish there was someone I could hire to take care of it all :)

Week 18

I felt the baby move for the first time this week! It's hard to explain what it feels like, but I hear "everybody was kung-fu fighting" playing in my head!
